NEW YEAR, NEW KITCHEN PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Period: November 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026
Promotional Offer: Up to $5,000 discount on qualifying kitchen renovation packages
ELIGIBILITY
1.1 This promotion is available to new customers of Seaside Cabinetry & Design Inc. only.
1.2 Promotion applies exclusively to complete kitchen renovation packages that include custom cabinetry design and installation services.
1.3 Customer must be a homeowner within the greater Victoria, BC area.
1.4 One promotion per household. Cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
DISCOUNT STRUCTURE
The following discount tiers apply based on the total contract value before taxes:

$10,000 - $19,999.99: $1,000 off

$20,000 - $29,999.99: $2,000 off

$30,000 - $39,999.99: $3,000 off

$40,000 - $49,999.99: $4,000 off
-
$50,000 and above: $5,000 off
QUALIFYING SERVICES
3.1 Promotion applies to complete kitchen cabinetry packages that must include:

Custom cabinetry design services
-
Cabinet supply and installation
-
Professional design consultation
3.2 The following services are EXCLUDED from promotional pricing:

Laundry room, mudroom, bathroom or office projects.

Cabinet refacing or repair services only

Standalone countertop supply and installations
-
Design consultation services purchased separately
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
4.1 Contract Execution: Promotional discount applies only to contracts signed and deposits paid during the promotional period (November 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026).
4.2 Payment Terms: Standard payment schedule applies. Promotional discount will be applied to the final payment.
4.3 Project Timeline: Installation must commence within 6 months of contract signing, subject to material availability and scheduling.
4.4 Cancellation: If customer cancels contract after signing, promotional discount is forfeited and standard cancellation terms apply.
4.5 Modifications: Any contract modifications that reduce the total project value below the qualifying tier will result in discount adjustment or forfeiture.
LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
5.1 Discount cannot be applied to taxes or third-party services.
5.2 Promotion cannot be retroactively applied to existing contracts or quotes.
5.3 Seaside Cabinetry & Design Inc. reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and project details.
5.4 Labour and material warranties remain unchanged and are subject to standard terms.
COMPANY RIGHTS
6.1 Seaside Cabinetry & Design Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service or promotional pricing for any reason.
6.3 All interpretation of these terms remains at the sole discretion of Seaside Cabinetry & Design Inc.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1 These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this promotion shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
7.3 If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
